French Online Google Educator Level 1 Bootcamp hosted by International School of Geneva

A French online Google Certified Educator Level 1 Bootcamp was held last September 12, 19 & 26,  2022, for teachers and staff of the International School of Geneva by AppsEvents, a global Google for Education Partner, in partnership with Acer for Education. A total of 22 educators attended the workshop led by highly acclaimed Google Trainer, Tanya Irenei.

The goal of the Bootcamp is to provide essential training for administrators, educators, specialists, and assistants/paraprofessionals to leverage Google Workspace for Education in their schools and communities. Participants learned how to use these cloud-based tools and/or innovative ways to engage learners to be successful in achieving competency in all areas of the curriculum.

The Bootcamp was delivered using Google Meet and Google Classroom for real-time communication and collaboration. All attendees are given exam vouchers for free after the series of training to officially attain the Google Educator Level 1 status.
