In partnership with Google for Education and Acer, AppsEvents delivered a two-day conference called “Google for Education Myanmar Bootcamp“, or in short the Myanmar Bootcamp taking place at International School of Yangon, giving educators the opportunity to learn about G-Suite and latest technologies within the education sector. The bootcamp gave attendees the opportunity to learn the necessary skills in order to prepare for and take the Google Certified Educator Level 1 and/or Level 2 exams.
The agenda ran between 9:00 and 16:00 on Days 1 and 2 with a networking get-together on the evening of Day 1. The sessions are led by Google Apps community members who are G Suite Edu Certified Trainers and/or G Suite Certified Innovators and other professionals within education and technology.
GOOGLE EDUCATOR LEVEL 1 BOOTCAMP
The Google Certified Educator Level 1 Bootcamp prepares attendees to take Google’s exam by providing pedagogically sound ideas for the use of G Suite in the classroom. Attendees leave with new ideas for using tools across the suite including Google Classroom, Forms, Docs, Sheets, YouTube and more! The Bootcamp took place 21st and 22nd September 2019 on the premises of The International School of Yangon.
