Google Vault Now Covers Hangouts for Education Chat, Google Moderator Will Shut Down On July 31, and More

Over the next few days, Google will roll out an admin option that lets you manage Hangouts chat history in your organization, so that you can make certain that it’s either on or off. People in your school or university can have the freedom to chat with whomever they want — whether that person is part of your organization or not — and you can be sure that new employee conversations stay personal and private, because they’ll disappear shortly after taking place. h/t +Allison Mollica

g(Math) can now be used to respond to Forms!mathtechtips.blogspot.com
The top feature request for g(Math) for Forms has been to allow Form responders to use g(Math) to craft their responses. Here is a quick tutorial video explaining it and I am in the process of updating the gMath.guru documentation. Shared by +John McGowan 
Copy Foldersites.google.com
A great way to make a copy of a folder for another domain, by +Bjorn Behrendt. This Add-on will create a duplicate copy of a folder, it’s contents and structure.  This is good for archiving old information while keeping a copy of the contents to move forward with. h/t +Allison Mollica
