Add a note when responding to calendar invitations – isimplify.com.au
When responding to calendar invitations, it can be useful to add a note explaining your response. This might be letting the organiser know why you declined, advising fellow guests you’ll be a few minutes late, or calling in via Hangout. H/T +Samantha Vardanega

Now teachers can always see revision history for student assignments in #GoogleClassroom. Teachers are now added as editors to docs attached to student assignments, so they can see revision history and provide feedback before assignments are turned-in and after they’re returned. H/T +Brian Dittfeld
Dedicated view of notifications to the Google+ desktop site – plus.google.com
You can now browse notifications by clicking on the bell at the top right corner of the Google+ page. The new tray is a simple list that allows you to quickly scan all notifications and view the relevant content with a single click.
Sharing Drive files as attachments in Gmail – plus.google.com
There are now more ways to share Drive files with friends and family through Gmail, without having to worry about accidentally removing their access. By selecting the “Insert as Attachment” option from Drive you’ll be able to attach non-Google files directly to your Gmail message. Now you can be sure your friend will always have that great candid photo from your weekend getaway, or the PDF for your aunt’s fruitcake recipe even if you delete it from your Drive.
Custom status messages for Google Hangouts – googleappsupdates.blogspot.com.au
People using Google Hangouts on the web can now add custom status messages and see the status messages of others in the Contacts view. Status messages can be added via the settings menu.
